Highlights of this annual event include a free venison dinner with dessert, vendor displays, door prizes, and special guest speakers.  The event is family friendly and will provide lasting memories for years to come.

This year's event is Saturday, March 22.  The doors open for registration at 3pm and dinner begins promptly at 4pm.  Be sure to arrive early to secure a good seat, grab a cup of coffee, and "howdy" with old friends! 

Sportsmen's Dinner 2025 is hosted by the Heritage Baptist Church, located at 2367 State Route 21 (Palmyra), North of the village of Palmyra just past the old Johnson's RV on the NW side of Jeffery Road. 

Chad is a World Champion Elk Caller and 2 time Eastern US Elk Calling Champion. Chad is also a Licensed Montana Professional Outfitter and Guide. Besides his passion for hunting he is a freelance writer, his articles and photographs have been featured in several magazines including Outdoor Life, American Hunter, American Rifleman, Field and Stream and more. Chad is Director of Advertising / Media Relations for CVA Muzzleloaders, Bergara USA, PowerBelt Bullets, DuraSight Rings and Bases, Quake Industries and Konus Optics. Sponsored by many of the hunting industries leading manufacturers Chad has conducted over 1000 hunting and fishing seminars across the United States and has hunted and fished extensively around the world. He is also the past Editor of Blackpowder Guns and Hunting Magazine. Most importantly he is the husband to Marsha and dad to Walker & Wyatt.
